Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Ability to be mobile and on feet for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- Ability to interact positively with team members and guests
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests at the Front of House
- Assist guests at the Point of Sale
- Maintain full and fresh buffets
- Ensure cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
- Take orders over the phone
- Prepare food and maintain food safety in the Back of House
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and order accuracy
- Maintain dishwashing area
- Interact with guests in the FunZone Arcade
- Ensure a clean and safe FunZone environment
- Perform FunZone Point of Sale transactions
- Maintain Prize Counter upkeep
