The Front of House Team Member position is pivotal in delivering the warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests expect at Blackberry Market. Serving as the friendly face of the cafe, team members are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, managing to-go and catering services, and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and carry trays or supplies
  • Willingness to learn and follow health, safety, and food quality standards
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • 1+ years of previous restaurant experience required
  • Full weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Shifts as early as 6am and as late as 6pm

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through ordering and service
  • Operate at multiple front-of-house stations, including register, expo, food running, line cooking and dining room support
  • Manage and organize to-go and catering orders with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized work area throughout your shift
  • Support teammates and assist with additional duties to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience
