The Front of House Staff position at Schussboom Brewing Company is a dynamic, multi-role role perfect for individuals who are energetic, personable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude, drive, and integrity
  • Must be clean and organized
  • Excellent customer-service skills and positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to operate point of sale system for food and drink orders
  • Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant a plus
  • Experience with craft beer a plus
  • Must be 21 and able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness card

Job Duties

  • Greet and take guest orders with accuracy, great energy, and upselling prowess
  • Enhance the customer experience with knowledge of our beer, drink, and food offerings
  • Pour beer, wine, or cocktails (must be 21+)
  • Run food and manage expo during service
  • Keep all dining areas clean and stocked
  • Handle payments and follow cash handling procedures
  • Provide quick, friendly service during busy times
