The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor role at Boston Pizza plays a critical part in maintaining the restaurant's operational excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the FOH Supervisor supports the daily operations of the restaurant by leading and coaching the front of house team members. This position requires demonstrating outstanding leadership by working alongside the team 'shoulder to shoulder' and fostering an environment that supports learning and development in real-time.
