Job Duties

Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and provide excellent guest experiences
Inform guests of any limited time offers or promotions
Fluency in all food and beverage menus with knowledge of allergies and aversions
Walk new guests through our dining concept and relevant equipment with concise explanation
Accurately and concisely ring in orders, ensuring modifications are as requested
Time orders and courses throughout the dining experience to prevent back up in BOH and promote additional guest purchases
Use appropriate volume during features and kneel to prevent obstruction of viewing screen
Create and sustain regulars with focus on building rapport
Understand and communicate with managers regarding guest experience to repair any damaged guest experiences
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and federal/state/local laws
Ensure alcoholic beverages are served only to guests over the age of 21 and monitor guest consumption
Ensure theater operations run smoothly by completing all "Jolt" checklists and assigned side-work timely
Be proactive in getting things done and exceeding expectations of guests and team members
Safely handle food and maintain cleanliness of Cinema
Maintain positive, friendly demeanor throughout shift
Comply with manager requests for cleaning tasks or other duties
Complete training programs and attend classes as directed
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform tasks outside assigned position
Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas
Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment
Ensure restroom checks happen hourly by completing "Jolt" checklists
Enforce and follow all Envision Cinemas policies
Maintain spill sheet for applicable positions
Maintain guest interaction with filling beverages, waters, and popcorn
Serve guests in all areas of the building
Assist guests with purchase of movie tickets, fudge, lottery tickets, and virtual reality
Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, thank, and say goodbye
