We are seeking a motivated and dependable Busser to join this dynamic team at Duke's Steakhouse. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting both the front-of-house team and the overall dining experience by ensuring that tables are always clean, organized, and properly set. Your efforts will directly enhance the flow of the restaurant service and contribute to customer satisfaction.
The Busser at Duke's is entrusted with multiple responsibilities essential to the smooth operation of the dining room. These include providing supplies to servers promptly, polishing and stocking key operational equipment such as silverware, linens, and glassware, and setting tables according to the restaurant's design standards. Additionally, you will ensure that coffee is prepared and ready for service, assist servers as needed, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

- Previous bussing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
- Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Provide supplies to all servers
- Polish and stock equipment for operation including silverware, linens, and glassware
- Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design
- Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served
- Assist servers as requested
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff
