We are currently seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team. This full-time management position offers a starting salary of $56,000 annually and up, based on experience, with the role requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. Job Requirements
- Must have two or more years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
- Must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days

Job Duties
- Oversee front of house operations and ensure a high level of guest service
- Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Support operations in positions such as host, server, bartender, or expo when needed
