This restaurant emphasizes creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience that engages all guests from the moment they walk in. The position involves hands-on management and leadership of the front of house (FOH) team while maintaining high standards across all areas of the restaurant. Beyond managing day-to-day floor activities, the role includes light administrative duties and operational tasks essential for smooth functioning.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who thrives amidst the bustle of a busy restaurant environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. This person will be actively involved in shift operations, including directing staff, managing seating and flow, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and handling guest feedback with professionalism and urgency. Leadership responsibilities also cover training, coaching, and developing FOH team members, promoting a positive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and accountability.

Operational management duties such as scheduling, labor management, cost control, inventory monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards are essential components of this role. The Restaurant Manager will also work closely with back of house (BOH) teams to ensure seamless service and quality control. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, calmness under pressure, and a passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will enjoy contributing to an environment where guest satisfaction and employee well-being are top priorities while being part of a company culture that values hustle, positivity, and integrity.

Our benefits package reflects our commitment to employee well-being, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance with employer contributions, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, wellness benefits, and additional perks. Join Bassett Street Brunch Club and become part of a team where your leadership directly impacts guest experiences and team culture in a lively, rewarding workplace with ample opportunities for growth.
