We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role requires a hands-on, organized, and confident leader who excels at managing busy service periods while ensuring that the guest experience is flawless. The Front of House Manager will take real ownership of managing daily operations, leading the FOH team, and sustaining high service standards. This person will be the frontline leader responsible for maintaining a polished guest experience and strong service execution on every shift. The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management or strong FOH leadership experience, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be directly in charge of floor flow management, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and ensuring that each shift runs smoothly from opening to closing. One of your essential responsibilities will include coaching FOH staff such as servers, helping them develop their skills and fostering a culture of strong hospitality standards. Handling guest concerns tactfully and efficiently is paramount to this role, and you will be expected to turn around any issues in real time to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.

In addition to leading and developing the team, you will communicate closely with kitchen leadership to synchronize front and back-of-house operations to maximize efficiency and service quality. Holding the FOH team accountable to service, professionalism, and appearance standards will be a critical part of your daily duties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or FOH leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards
