Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or FOH leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards

Job Duties
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and oversee service execution
- Coach servers and FOH staff to maintain strong hospitality standards
- Manage floor flow, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and shift readiness
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help turn around issues in real time
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
- Hold the FOH team accountable to service, appearance, and professionalism standards
- Communicate closely with kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly
- Support training, shift development, and day-to-day team performance
