Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or FOH leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations and oversee service execution
  • Coach servers and FOH staff to maintain strong hospitality standards
  • Manage floor flow, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and shift readiness
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and help turn around issues in real time
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
  • Hold the FOH team accountable to service, appearance, and professionalism standards
  • Communicate closely with kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly
  • Support training, shift development, and day-to-day team performance
