Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisor experience in a high-volume environment
  • open and weekend availability
  • ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, guest-focused restaurant
  • strong time-management skills
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • excellent communication skills
  • possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and EPIC culture

Job Qualifications

  • past leadership and event experience are a plus
  • restaurant experience is required
  • bilingual Spanish/English is preferred

Job Duties

  • Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
  • delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
  • hold team accountable for their performance
  • provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
  • staff and schedule appropriately to member volume
  • ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
