Their concept is captured in the 'urban grunge' ambiance of their locations, featuring rustic wood decor and bright colorful cushions that create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant hosts an eclectic mix of music that ranges from nostalgic 80's pop hits to today's trending tracks, ensuring an engaging and lively environment for guests. Agave & Rye is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive EPIC culture among its staff, patrons, and the community at large, where personality, passion, and high standards flourish.

They will ensure that the restaurant meets high standards of product quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and security. Staffing and scheduling will be managed to match member volume appropriately, and inventory and ordering systems will be maintained to optimize operations. Open and weekend availability is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to connect effectively with both guests and co-workers. A positive attitude and alignment with the company’s EPIC values are crucial. Experience in managing fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused restaurants is required, along with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is preferred, highlighting the company’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity in service.

The shifts offered include 8, 10, and 12-hour options, all requiring in-person attendance.
