As a Front of House team member, you will wear multiple hats, handling a variety of tasks that are essential to our day-to-day operations. These include cashiering, where you will greet guests warmly, process payments efficiently, and share insightful details about our menu to enhance the dining experience. Your role as an expo or food expeditor will be critical in verifying the accuracy of orders and ensuring timely delivery to the correct tables, which helps maintain our high standards for food quality and presentation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for dining room service duties, which involve keeping the area tidy, seating guests promptly, and fostering a welcoming ambiance that encourages repeat visits. Food running is another vital aspect of your job, requiring you to deliver delectable dishes from the kitchen to our guests, carefully double-checking orders to avoid errors. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, there may also be opportunities to perform driving duties to deliver items safely and responsibly.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and remain organized
  • basic computer skills
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • valid driver’s license if applicable
