The role of Restaurant Front of House Manager at Uchi Salt Lake City is a pivotal leadership position within Hai Hospitality. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant’s front-of-house team to maintain and elevate high standards of customer service and hospitality. The Front of House Manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure seamless service, contribute to staff development, and uphold the culture that defines the Hai Hospitality brand. Candidates for this position will be responsible for leading a diverse and talented team, ensuring every guest’s experience is memorable and reflective of the company’s commitment to thoughtful and genuine hospitality.
