Job Duties
- Lead the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- support staff development and training
- work closely with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain operational excellence
- uphold Hai Hospitality’s culture and standards of hospitality
- manage daily front of house restaurant operations
- ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
