Job Duties

  • Lead the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • support staff development and training
  • work closely with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain operational excellence
  • uphold Hai Hospitality’s culture and standards of hospitality
  • manage daily front of house restaurant operations
  • ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
