Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • possess a current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate, write, and understand English
  • basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and POS system
  • familiarity with Google Drive and internet navigation
  • capacity to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of menu, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens
  • proficiency with POS system and Google Drive
  • strong professional oral and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • ability to lead by example and support team members
  • willingness to receive coaching and improve
  • in-depth knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • hire front of house staff and conduct trainings
  • motivate front of house team and oversee bar and coffeehouse operations
  • build schedules based on anticipated projections and maintain labor budgets
  • monitor food quality and ensure dining room standards
  • complete opening and closing duties as needed
  • handle guest complaints and provide exceptional guest interaction
  • document and communicate staff and operational issues
