Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- possess a current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate, write, and understand English
- basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and POS system
- familiarity with Google Drive and internet navigation
- capacity to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of menu, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens
- proficiency with POS system and Google Drive
- strong professional oral and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- sound judgment and decision-making skills
- ability to lead by example and support team members
- willingness to receive coaching and improve
- in-depth knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures
Job Duties
- hire front of house staff and conduct trainings
- motivate front of house team and oversee bar and coffeehouse operations
- build schedules based on anticipated projections and maintain labor budgets
- monitor food quality and ensure dining room standards
- complete opening and closing duties as needed
- handle guest complaints and provide exceptional guest interaction
- document and communicate staff and operational issues
