Operating across multiple states including Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado, and Michigan, PharmaCann serves both medical and adult-use customers with a focus on delivering high-quality cannabis products and exceptional customer service. Known for their commitment to compliance, safety, and community engagement, PharmaCann combines innovation with best practices in the cannabis industry to meet the needs of patients and consumers alike. The company fosters a workplace culture centered around collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth, making it an ideal employer for those passionate about the evolving cannabis industry.

The Front of House Manager role at PharmaCann is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the customer experience, operational quality, training, cash reconciliation, and safety within retail dispensary locations. This role demands a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who can lead teams, ensure compliance with state and local regulations, and continuously implement improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The manager works closely with other store leaders to exceed sales and KPI targets while maintaining strict adherence to company standards for merchandise presentation and safety protocols.

Additionally, the Front of House Manager drives the development of a customer-centric culture by implementing industry-leading service programs and training initiatives designed to improve employee product knowledge and engagement. This position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional managers to optimize staffing and payroll, and it includes supervising the check-in and camera teams to sustain safety and operational excellence. The role also involves partnering with PharmaCann's Human Resources team to recruit, onboard, and develop staff, as well as to manage performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Working at a pay rate of $26 per hour, this position is ideal for candidates with a background in retail management, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence in the cannabis retail environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in managing customer service teams and driving business results through strategic operational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a dynamic industry, with potential involvement in other operational areas such as call center support, inventory management, outreach, security, delivery logistics, and visual merchandising. The role embodies PharmaCann's culture, values, and purpose, representing the brand positively to employees, customers, and the wider community while supporting the company's goals and objectives.
