The company operates high-energy, high-volume locations that emphasize exceptional service and memorable moments. Known for its forward-thinking, guest-centric approach, Topgolf offers employees the opportunity to build meaningful careers within a thriving, fast-paced industry.
The position of Front of House Manager at Topgolf is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role leads the guest-facing team, ensuring every interaction is infused with hospitality excellence. As the Front of House Manager, you are entrusted with guiding a team that thrives on attention to detail, energy, and service quality. Beyond managing daily operations such as opening and closing procedures, hiring, scheduling, and shift supervision, this role requires a hands-on leader who actively coaches team members to reach their full potential. The manager maintains an unwavering commitment to upholding Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring, while cultivating a culture that promotes accountability, engagement, and positivity.
Working in this role means managing a fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction is the highest priority. It involves continuous visibility on the floor, proactively interacting with guests to elevate their experience, and ensuring all guest areas operate efficiently. The Front of House Manager also leverages business metrics and guest feedback to optimize performance and maximize profitability. This is not a typical desk job; it demands physical stamina and flexibility, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, remain on your feet for extended periods, and adapt to varying weather conditions when required.
Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of management experience in restaurants, hotels, or entertainment venues, ideally serving as assistant general managers or general managers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications according to local regulations. Candidates must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements.
Topgolf offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and growth of its team members. Benefits include free play opportunities, 50% off food, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and access to a free mental well-being platform. The company is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment, upholding equal opportunity practices, and fostering diversity throughout its workforce.
