This role is for an Assistant General Manager at Topgolf, which is a key leadership position responsible for supervising and developing a dynamic team focused on delivering best-in-class service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining operational standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business performance metrics. This is a hands-on managerial role that involves coaching, delegation, and empowering team members while ensuring compliance with company safety and service procedures. The position requires at least five years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or golf course management, including at least one recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service on a daily basis
