We are currently seeking a full-time Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our dynamic team in Raleigh. This fast-paced role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our front-facing operations—from the restaurant and bar to lane service—run smoothly and exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and energetic individual passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and knowledgeable in all aspects of restaurant operations.

As the FOH Manager, you will lead a team responsible for creating an exciting and fun atmosphere for both guests and staff. This position demands strong leadership skills as you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating servers and bartenders. Ensuring adherence to core standards, HR policies, safety requirements, and training protocols is part of your daily responsibilities. You will also maintain thorough knowledge of our menus and oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The FOH Manager is expected to maintain an organized workspace and take an active role in maintaining our high standards of service quality.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work weekends and holidays, recognizing that these are peak times for our entertainment center. With 1-2 years of management experience preferred, especially in hospitality or food and beverage, the successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership abilities along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
