This key role plays an essential part in the day-to-day success of the restaurant by guiding, coaching, and supporting front-of-house team members. The Front of House Lead ensures exceptional service delivery, upholds hospitality and cleanliness standards, and works closely with the team to create outstanding guest experiences. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to operations in a high-energy restaurant setting. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate a commitment to staff development and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years front of-house experience in restaurants, hospitality, or a related service environment
  • minimum age of 21 years old
  • servsafe certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment
  • strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
  • reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee and support daily front-of-house operations
  • lead pre-shift huddles and ensure teams are prepared for service
  • train, coach, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service execution
  • provide ongoing feedback and help team members improve their skills
  • support scheduling, labor goals, and smooth daily operations
  • jump in to assist with service during busy periods when needed
  • handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • ensure adherence to food safety practices and company procedures
  • communicate maintenance or operational needs to the appropriate teams
  • perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the restaurant
