We pride ourselves on hosting hundreds of guests weekly across various spaces, including our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, and Bar areas. Our venues cater to a diverse clientele and event types, ranging from intimate corporate happy hours and social gatherings to formal seated coursed dinners. This variation creates an exciting, fast-paced, and engaging work environment for every team member.\n\nThe role of Manager at Pinstripes is comprehensive and multi-faceted. The salary range for this full-time Manager position is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually.\n\nThis role demands a strong commitment to upholding Pinstripes' high standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics. Managers must be adept at shift execution, including the ability to open and close the venue while maintaining the correct atmosphere and standards throughout the shift. Labor management and budgeting are essential skills to ensure staffing levels are optimized, and the venue operates efficiently. Coaching and teaching form a significant part of the job, with responsibilities including leading inspiring pre-shift meetings, engaging with staff, and delivering constructive feedback to promote growth within the team. Managers also play a key role in handling disciplinary actions and maintaining clear communication among team members.\n\nGuest relations are equally vital, as Managers actively connect with guests to enhance their experience, promptly resolve any issues, and foster a welcoming environment. Additionally, Managers are encouraged to engage with the community, further strengthening the brand’s presence.\n\nPinstripes is committed to an inclusive workplace culture, celebrating every individual’s unique identity and ensuring equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, ancestry, age, marital or veteran status, physical or mental disability, arrest record, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic. We offer an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings account options with company contributions, flexible spending accounts, 401K, employee assistance programs, short-term and long-term disability insurance, flexible vacation, and voluntary benefits like LifeLock protection and pet insurance.
