Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED required
- must be at least 21 years old
- valid driver's license
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- exposure to varying temperatures
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
- able to read, write, and operate computer and telephone
Job Qualifications
