The Front of House (FOH) Manager plays a critical role at Jalapeo Tree, leading day-to-day operations with a strong focus on delivering top-notch guest service and optimizing bar performance. The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of front of house staff, managing scheduling and training programs, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • valid driver's license
  • able to stand and walk for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • exposure to varying temperatures
  • frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
  • able to read, write, and operate computer and telephone

Job Qualifications
