Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in estate or household management
- proven leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- strong organizational skills
- ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- proficiency with household management technology
- flexibility to work Monday through Friday with weekend availability
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a senior House Manager or Estate Manager role within a high-level private residence or luxury hospitality environment
- deep knowledge of housekeeping, clothing care, table service, food and beverage, entertaining, and guest services
- a natural hospitality mindset with an elegant, concierge-level approach to service
- highly polished, discreet, and professional in demeanor
- strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to implement and uphold systems and standards
- hands-on, thoughtful approach with the ability to lead by example

- strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area, including vendors, resources, and services
Job Duties
