This role, based in the Green Bay taproom, is a vital leadership position that oversees all aspects of the taproom experience, ensuring operational excellence and a memorable guest environment. The primary responsibility of the Taproom Supervisor role is to oversee customer-facing operations and food and beverage programming within the taproom. This involves managing the day-to-day activities of the taproom to ensure it provides a welcoming, clean, and safe environment that exceeds guest expectations. Key duties include leading frontline staff, including assistant managers and hospitality personnel, focusing on recruitment, training, motivation, and adherence to company standards. The supervisor drives profitability by managing expenses, inventory, and quality metrics, and collaborates actively with other departments to plan and promote events such as live music and festivals that enhance guest engagement and taproom visibility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. They must have a strong background in hospitality or retail, particularly within the craft beer or similar industries, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and inspire their team. The role also involves analyzing guest feedback and operational data to continuously improve taproom performance and guest satisfaction. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools is also valuable.
