We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our bakery team. This role is essential as it involves being the first point of contact for our guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their entire visit. The FOH Team Member will take orders, prepare and serve coffee drinks, assist with some food preparation duties like whipping cream cheese and chopping vegetables, and support the bakers when needed. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the lobby and kitchen areas, ensuring health and food safety standards are always met. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 plus tips, flexible scheduling to accommodate various availability, and opportunities for career advancement within the bakery. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to handle cash and operate a register
Basic food handling knowledge

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service
Run the register and handle food orders
Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels)
Prepare and serve coffee drinks
Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Help open or close the store properly and securely
Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks
