We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our energetic and dedicated staff. This role is critical as you will be the first smiling face our customers see, setting the tone for their visit. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16-17 and includes employee perks such as discounts, flexibility in scheduling, food provisions, opportunities for advancement, and store discounts. As a FOH Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, managing register operations, assisting with food preparation tasks like whipping and scooping cream cheese or chopping vegetables, and preparing coffee drinks. You will work collaboratively with the bakers and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols are essential parts of your duties. Additionally, you will help with opening and closing responsibilities and assist with inventory management tasks.
