We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Lounge Bar Backs at our Concord hotel bar and lounge outlets. This role holds significant importance as it often represents the first or last interaction our guests have during their visit. Working alongside talented bartenders, you contribute equally to the team effort that creates memorable moments for our guests. A friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude are essential, as they help set the welcoming tone for every guest's experience. The role demands proactive, responsive, and caring service to ensure guests feel valued and attended to throughout their time with us.
As a bar back and food runner, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning the bar area, and supporting food service delivery where applicable. Your role is vital in assisting with the opening and closing of the bar, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring the bar environment is kept in top condition. Candidates must be dependable, physically capable of standing for 8 to 10 hours per shift, available to work a minimum of three days per week including weekends and holidays, and possess prior experience in high-volume food and beverage environments. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
