Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant FOH or bar management experience
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with staff scheduling software and bar inventory control
- Physical ability to perform in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be professional, reliable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of FOH and/or Bar Management experience (restaurant or bar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive sales through hospitality and service
- Experience with staff scheduling and bar inventory management
- Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced environment
- POS experience (Toast preferred but not required)
- Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
Job Duties
- Lead by example in providing warm, friendly, high-energy hospitality
- Actively build relationships with guests and create regulars
- Coach staff on upselling, suggestive selling, and beverage knowledge
- Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily front-of-house and bar operations during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar and dining room
- Manage bar flow, pacing, and guest engagement during peak hours
- Create accurate, cost-effective staff schedules
- Ensure proper coverage for volume, events, and seasonality
- Train, coach, and hold FOH and bar staff accountable to standards
- Address performance issues professionally and promptly
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and organization
- Monitor liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage usage
- Control waste, over-pouring, and inventory variances
- Work within cost targets set by ownership
- Communicate effectively with ownership and kitchen leadership
- Assist with implementing systems, SOPs, and service improvements
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
