The role of Guest Experience Manager at Badger State Brewing Company is pivotal in enhancing and maintaining a positive and memorable guest experience across all hospitality operations. This leadership position involves managing frontline staff, overseeing private and tap room events, and coordinating food and beverage programming. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving hospitality quality, and fostering a welcoming environment that aligns with the company’s ethos. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries and feedback, planning and executing events such as live music and festivals, guiding and motivating hospitality staff including Tap Room Managers and Assistant Managers, as well as maintaining operational compliance and inventory oversight.

Applicants are expected to bring at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in bar, restaurant, or tap room operations with a strong marketing background, complemented by degrees or certificates in marketing or related fields. Proficiency in graphic design and content creation, a curiosity for beverage trends, and skills in cocktail production are advantageous. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects, uphold high standards, and contribute substantively to the company’s growth and guest satisfaction goals.
