Job Duties
- Complete training program and pass tests
- Come to work on time and prepared for your shift in proper uniform
- Greet guest and follow steps of service as outlined in training manual
- Present check and collect payment
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- Prepare tables for meals including linens, silverware, and glassware
- Fold napkins and set up food stations or dining areas
- Assist host or hostess by answering phones, taking reservations or to-go orders, greeting, seating, and thanking guests
- Assist with food running
- Complete running side work and end of shift side work
- Cash out with manager providing all necessary documents such as credit card slips and house charges
