About us

Twin Bears Bakery was founded in 2020 in Frederick, Maryland. We are a family business with a passion for local grain and authentic sourdough bread. Our bakers trained at San Francisco Baking Institute and we take pride in using traditional techniques.

Our mission is to connect farmers, millers, and communities through bread.

Twin Bears Bakery is a fast paced environment, especially on the weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
Customer service
Light food prep
Set up and tear down farmers market booth
Drive delivery van
Stocking
Cleaning

Qualifications:
Experience in food service is a plus, but not required
Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work Wed-Sun starting at 5:00 am
Ability to lift 50 lb
Clean driving record
Legal to work in the US

$16/hour + pooled tips
Benefits for full time staff 30+ hours per week
