Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or customer service roles preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be reliable and punctual
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- must be well groomed and comply with uniform standards
- ability to smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience at Hardee's or Carl's Jr. is a plus
- ability to work with others as a team
- ability to interact with all guests comfortably
- ability to view restaurant operations from a guest's viewpoint

Job Duties
- Serve guests quality products in a fast friendly quick service manner
- assist other sales representatives as needed
- perform assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant
- provide positive guest service experience
- prepare quality food products according to standards
- keep the restaurant clean and safe for guests and employees
- follow guest service guidelines and procedures
- work assigned stations accurately and productively
- clean and stock station areas
- ensure all guests receive hot quality products
- package and deliver products according to menu standards
- handle food products according to company procedures
- follow food safety and sanitation requirements
- accomplish expected work during each shift
- support restaurant management goals and directives
- follow company guidelines for food and cash controls
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
