Job Duties
- Greet customers smiling and making eye contact
- check out customer purchases quickly and accurately using correct prices and departments
- call for back-up as needed to minimize customer wait times
- bag customer purchases and offer assistance including carrying out groceries
- log in and out of registers following established procedures
- place flyers in bags and inform customers of specials and store events
- maintain register area in a clean and orderly condition
