The Front End Associate plays a crucial role within the retail branch location by serving as the initial contact point for customers both in-store and via telephone. This role is instrumental in delivering a high level of service and satisfaction to every customer. Responsibilities include efficiently managing cashier duties to ensure smooth and accurate checkout transactions, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the store's operational goals. The associate also supports sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory teams by maintaining an organized front-end area and facilitating an efficient customer flow. This involves handling cash and membership verification accurately, managing returns, and providing knowledgeable answers regarding store policies and memberships.
