Currently, Emprime Solutions LLC is expanding its team of Front Desk Concierges. This role is critical, as concierges serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, representing the company’s friendly and professional image. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with shifts available in the morning and evening, providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. Candidates can expect to work between 30 to 40 hours per week. Emprime Solutions is simultaneously looking to fill three Front Desk Concierge positions to support the growing demand in their service areas, including Bloomfield and surrounding locations.

The Front Desk Concierge plays a multifaceted role that combines customer service, administrative duties, and security responsibilities. As the face of the company, concierges are tasked with greeting guests and visitors warmly, providing relevant information about the facility and available services, and managing communications including answering phone calls and inquiries. Responsibilities also include assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Concierges maintain the security of the premises by monitoring access points, thereby ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff alike.

In addition to customer interaction, the role requires performing essential administrative tasks such as managing reservations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized and clean front desk area. The Concierge also assists with deliveries including food and packages, and communicates effectively with management to address any issues or special requests. Handling guest complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner is an important aspect of the position to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, well-groomed, punctual, and possess a positive attitude. They should excel in communication and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
