Job Description

BODYROK is a dynamic and rapidly growing fitness company specializing in high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workouts designed to tone, sculpt, and redefine both the body and mind in just 45 minutes. With a strong commitment to health and wellness, BODYROK aims to create a supportive and motivating environment where both team members and clients can strive to become the best versions of themselves. The company takes pride in fostering a community-centric atmosphere where dedication and passion for fitness align with providing outstanding customer experiences. BODYROK combines innovative exercise techniques with professional guidance to ensure every member achieves their personal fitness goals efficiently and effectively. Our studios serve as welcoming spaces that emphasize cleanliness, safety, and positivity, reinforcing our mission to empower individuals through exercise and wellness.

As a Studio Advisor at BODYROK, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this high standard of experience for members and guests. This position centers on delivering excellent customer service and supporting instructors to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing check-in procedures, and assisting with inquiries both in person and via email to ensure smooth studio operations. Your role uniquely blends customer engagement with sales responsibilities, allowing you to cultivate relationships and generate revenue by promoting memberships, packages, and merchandise. The Studio Advisor acts as a frontline ambassador for BODYROK's brand, embodying the company’s core values while supporting both sales goals and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for fitness and customer service, as it offers an hourly wage supplemented by an uncapped commission structure based on sales performance. Your earning potential is directly linked to your drive, with opportunities to increase income through new member enrollment and package sales. The position emphasizes a collaborative but autonomous work environment where initiative and attention to detail are highly valued. Additionally, your responsibilities extend beyond sales to include studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance logging, and general operational upkeep, contributing to the overall positive experience of the BODYROK community. This comprehensive role not only supports studio success but also enhances personal career growth within the fitness industry.
