Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Acts as ambassador greeting guests with positive attitude and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones
- Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters, taking corrective actions as needed
- Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return
- Prepares for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
- Reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- Maintains favorable working relationships with team members to promote morale and productivity
- Notifies manager of any unhappy guests
- Assists other team members as needed
- Drives table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
- Rotates seating following fairness guidelines
- Manages flow at front doors helping guests efficiently
- Manages wait times and communicates as needed
- Delivers silverware to seated guests
- Calculates bill transactions timely and accurately
- Greets and assists guests while processing transactions
- Reconciles monies from cash banks
- Completes to-go order transactions
- Sells merchandise from front desk if applicable
- Maintains a friendly demeanor and smile
- Communicates effectively with multiple guests generating enthusiasm
- Dresses neat and professional according to guidelines
- Reads and communicates in English
- Responds calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalates issues
