Front Desk/Guest Service Agent

The Fairway Inn & Suites, formerly known as Par 5 Resort, is a scenic resort located in Mishicot, Wisconsin, just 35 minutes from Green Bay. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join our Guest Services/Front Desk team. The Front Desk position is a cornerstone role at the resort, offering team members the opportunity to be the first point of contact for guests and to play a crucial part in shaping their stay experience. Candidates ideal for this position will possess prior customer service experience and demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional service independently, while efficiently solving any issues that arise. This role demands flexibility with working hours, including availability between 6 am and 11 pm, weekends, and holidays to meet the resort's business needs seamlessly.

As a Front Desk Agent at the Fairway Inn & Suites, you will interact directly with guests, managing all stages of their stay from check-in to check-out. You will accommodate and anticipate guest needs, respond promptly with professionalism, and serve as an information hub for the hotel’s amenities, local attractions, and events. Mastery of the hotel’s Property Management Software (PMS) is essential to successfully managing reservations and processing payments accurately. Maintaining a clean, organized front desk area contributes to the welcoming atmosphere our guests expect.

The role also requires a composed, gracious, and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations, ensuring that every guest interaction leaves a positive impression. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and to stand or sit for extended periods, with occasional exposure to a range of indoor and outdoor temperatures and noises typical of a busy lobby environment.
