With a commitment to excellence, the company values professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service, making it a sought-after employer within the luxury property management sector. WRMC's presence in Downtown Austin, specifically within the vibrant Market District and Seaholm District, places it at the heart of a bustling, dynamic urban environment known for its culture and lifestyle offerings.
The Concierge role at WRMC is a pivotal position designed for a polished, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service setting. This position operates within a luxury multifamily community, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face and trusted liaison, ensuring that the community's standards of privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service are upheld at all times. Working a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, this role balances consistency and flexibility, catering directly to resident needs and enhancing their living experience.
