The role being offered is that of a concierge, an essential position responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and expert knowledge of the local area. As a concierge at Stein Eriksen Residences, you will be the first point of contact and an indispensable resource for guests, ensuring every request is handled with patience, tact, and efficiency. - Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
