The Stein Collection is a renowned hospitality group managing four outstanding properties: Stein Eriksen Lodge, Stein Eriksen Residences, The Chateaux Deer Valley, and The Chateaux Residences. The company is dedicated to creating legendary experiences not only for its guests but also for its team members and property owners. Its commitment to a positive, respectful, and engaging company culture has fostered staff loyalty, with many employees having devoted more than a decade of service.
Situated in the vibrant community of Park City, Utah, the Stein Collection embraces a strong connection with the local environment and culture, actively contributing to and supporting community efforts. The company values diversity and inclusivity, emphasizing the importance of each team member as a vital asset to its ongoing success.
The Concierge role at Stein Eriksen Residences is a vital position within the guest services team, responsible for ensuring that every guest's needs and requests are met promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. Candidates for this role must demonstrate patience, tact, and resourcefulness, responding effectively to the varied demands presented by a diverse clientele. The concierge acts as an information agent, providing guests with valuable knowledge about activities, events, and attractions in and around Park City.
This role requires a genuine passion for hospitality and a sophisticated understanding of customer service principles. The concierge serves as a warm and sincere first point of contact, welcoming guests and making their stay as pleasurable and effortless as possible. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints with professionalism, making dining reservations, maintaining communication with other hotel departments, and acknowledging returning guests and owners in a courteous manner.
Exceptional candidate communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the concierge will often represent the welcoming face of Stein Eriksen Residences. This position offers competitive wages and an incentive management program, along with an extensive benefits package that includes health insurance options, dental and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, and a matching 401(k) plan. Additional perks include paid training, free chef-prepared meals, onsite heated parking, and exclusive ski and snowboard discounts at some of the most prestigious resorts in the area.
Stein Eriksen Residences promotes a balanced work environment with flexible schedules and generous time-off policies designed to accommodate personal and family needs, education, and other pursuits. Regular team appreciation events, raffles for sports and entertainment tickets, and discounts on hotel services contribute to an engaging and supportive workplace culture.
Joining Stein Eriksen Residences means becoming part of a legacy committed to excellence in luxury hospitality, community connection, and employee well-being. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a dynamic hospitality environment and desire to contribute to a premier guest experience in an inspiring mountain resort setting.
