- Previous office administration experience

Job Duties
- Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
- Coordinate transportation services for members
- Coordinate our private dining room rentals for meetings and meals
- Provide information about club services, amenities, and events
- Organize and complete daily reports
- Coordinate dining reservations and manage online registration for member events
- Coordinate and bill on-site member services as well as those provided by preferred vendors
- Track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets
- Review and edit marketing materials for print and digital use
- Courteous initiation and direction of all inbound calls
- Other duties as assigned
