Job Description

CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand with more than 200 locations across the United States, as well as digital livestream and on-demand classes. The company is a leader in the fitness and wellness industry, known for its innovative approach that combines intense physical workouts with the mindfulness and spiritual benefits of yoga. CorePower Yoga is committed to transforming lives through this balanced approach, offering a community-focused, empowering atmosphere for students and employees alike. The brand places a strong emphasis on employee engagement and team culture, striving to create a workplace that reflects the same values of balance, empowerment, and community that its studios encourage.

CorePower Yoga’s people are central to its mission to power love from the inside out. The company prioritizes a positive employee experience, investing in its team with the belief that a healthy, supported staff translates to an inspiring and welcoming environment for all students. The core values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together are deeply ingrained in the corporate culture. This inclusive culture fosters an environment where differences are embraced and every individual has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. At CorePower Yoga, work is not just about the job but about joining a community that uplifts and inspires.

The Front Desk Team Member role is an essential part of this community. Reporting to the Studio Manager and Studio Assistant, the Front Desk Team Member is responsible for creating an extraordinary customer experience through effective administrative support and delivering exceptional service. This position puts the team member at the heart of daily operations, greeting students with a warm and welcoming presence, managing class check-ins and retail transactions via Zenoti software, and assisting with student account support. By addressing student needs promptly and connecting them with the right studio staff, this role helps maintain smooth and efficient studio operations.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and the yoga lifestyle, although prior yoga experience is preferred but not required. It offers an opportunity to deepen one’s connection to yoga through a discounted membership, allowing employees to participate more fully in the CorePower Yoga community. The job also involves physical activity, including some manual cleaning, requiring the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and engage in physical tasks for up to three hours at a time.

The compensation for the Front Desk Team Member role is $16.90 per hour, reflecting CorePower Yoga’s commitment to providing fair compensation alongside a robust package of benefits. Employees enjoy a free All Access Membership that can be used in studio or online, which extends to a Plus One as well so they can share the experience. Other perks include retail discounts, continued education offerings, access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and time-and-a-half pay for holiday hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Overall, working at CorePower Yoga means joining a nationwide community of passionate individuals dedicated to health, wellness, and personal growth. The company provides a supportive environment where employees are encouraged and equipped to make a meaningful impact both inside the studio and in their broader communities. The Front Desk Team Member position offers a blend of customer service, administrative responsibilities, and active involvement in the yoga community, all within an inclusive, values-driven workplace that celebrates the power of human connection.
