The role also involves running and reviewing daily reports and logs, completing cashier and closing reports using the computer system, and handling all forms of payment including adjustment vouchers and paid-outs. The Front Desk Agent must maintain communication with the Loss Prevention and Security department regarding any guest reports of theft, emphasizing the role’s importance in safety and security protocols. Core competencies for this position include assisting guests courteously and professionally at all times, maintaining high service and hospitality standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and handling guest charges with accurate cash handling procedures.
