Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
  • answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
  • collect and process payments, verify insurance eligibility, and explain financial options
  • manage patient charts, referrals, and electronic communications in Dentrix
  • collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling efficiency
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby environment
  • follow up with unscheduled treatment and missed appointments
  • ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
