Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
- collect and process payments, verify insurance eligibility, and explain financial options
- manage patient charts, referrals, and electronic communications in Dentrix
- collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling efficiency
- maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby environment
- follow up with unscheduled treatment and missed appointments
- ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
