The current exciting position is available at the Le Meridien hotel, a Marriott branded boutique hotel located in suburban Atlanta (Dunwoody, GA), part of the vibrant Perimeter Center area. This hotel features stylish accommodations, on-site dining at Portico Global Cuisine, a state-of-the-art fitness center, poolside cabanas, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting spaces, making it an ideal destination for both business and leisure travelers. The role focuses on supervising all aspects of the Front Desk operations in alignment with hotel standards. The successful candidate will implement and uphold a strong service and management philosophy that guides the front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing guest relations, ensuring staff support, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, and addressing guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. The position requires flexibility, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, ensuring operational excellence at all times. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in a similar position
- prior supervisory experience a plus
- ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
- availability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele

Job Duties
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, room availability, and expected arrivals/departures
- handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas
- present guest folios and process payments
- adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures
- other duties as assigned
