Job Qualifications

- hotel front desk experience preferred
- Marriott, PMS, MARSHA, or other hotel property management system experience is a plus

Job Duties

- collaborating with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- maintaining guest confidentiality and following all Marriott and hotel policies
