We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour and the chance to lead a dynamic front desk team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring that check-ins, check-outs, and guest services are executed flawlessly. Your leadership will inspire the team to provide courteous, efficient, and personalized service to every guest. You will handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, train new front desk associates, and maintain accurate reservation and billing records. Collaboration with other departments is key to resolving issues swiftly and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Six months of front desk experience
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Ability to provide leadership and motivate a team
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Six months front desk experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Train and onboard new front desk staff members
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures
