We are currently seeking a full-time PM Front Desk Supervisor to join our team, working the 3-11pm shifts including weekends. This role is pivotal within the hotel’s day-to-day operations, acting as the hub of guest interaction and the leader of the front desk team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hotel front desk experience and a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead a cohesive team, ensuring that high standards of guest service and brand consistency are maintained at all times. Your role is essential in delivering a first-class guest experience by being proactive, responsive, and attentive to guests’ needs.
This position requires someone with a winning personality, strong leadership skills, and a high level of responsibility. You will be responsible for efficiently checking guests in and out, handling reservations and guest requests, managing room availability, and supporting yield management initiatives alongside the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. Additionally, you will oversee the handling of guest mail and messages, safe deposits, and ensure the front desk and lobby are always clean and welcoming.

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures
- Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations room rates, amenities, and selling strategies
- Take reservation requests efficiently
- Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette
- Block rooms and handles special requests
- Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions
- Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures
- Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures
