The corporate team acts as the backbone to the operational excellence seen in its clubs, embodying a can-do attitude and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for members, club employees, and the business at large. This culture promotes an environment where fitness, fun, and teamwork are at the forefront, and where changing lives is the ultimate goal.

The Supervisor role at Edge Fitness Club is a pivotal position within the organization's day-to-day operations, particularly at the front desk, which serves as the vital hub of all business activities within the gym. This position is essential for delivering an exceptional member experience by being the first point of contact and the link between members and all club services. The Supervisor is responsible for leading the Fitness Consultant Team, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing membership retention, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This role demands strong interpersonal skills for effective coaching and team development, as well as operational oversight including club walkthroughs, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

They play a key role in resolving member concerns promptly while escalating serious issues as needed. In addition to support at the front desk, Supervisors take on Manager on Duty responsibilities when the General Manager is absent, ensuring continuous operational flow and high performance standards.

As a Supervisor, you will coordinate daily team activities, oversee scheduling, handle sales transactions, and maintain loss prevention and safety protocols. You will also assist with member engagement by answering inquiries, scheduling personal training appointments, promoting club services and products, and managing the retail and shake bar areas in accordance with club standards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about fitness and customer service to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced, supportive environment. The company offers a free gym membership, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, 401k plans, employee discounts, life insurance, and EAP support, cultivating a workplace where employees can thrive and grow.
