The company is committed to exceptional service, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Its portfolio includes various properties that offer guests comfortable and memorable experiences aligned with brand expectations. As an established leader in the hospitality sector, PAH Management places a significant emphasis on growth, associate development, and brand compliance to support sustainable success in the highly competitive hotel industry.

The Front Desk Supervisor role at PAH Management is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations of the guest services team during assigned shifts. Located on-property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this role ensures seamless front desk functions including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and overall guest service delivery. The Supervisor leads by example, providing direct guest interaction and support during busy periods, coaching and developing front desk associates, and maintaining adherence to company and brand standards. This position plays an essential part in achieving operational and financial goals by managing cash handling procedures, reviewing daily reports, and participating in forecasting and occupancy planning.

Beyond operational responsibilities, the Front Desk Supervisor focuses heavily on fostering an exceptional guest experience. This involves promptly addressing guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. The supervisor also contributes to maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest receives attentive and courteous service while staying informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and brand loyalty programs.

Financial and administrative duties form another critical aspect of this position. The supervisor is tasked with ensuring accurate financial operations at the front desk, from precise cash handling to timely reconciliation of accounts. They also support administrative functions such as documentation, reporting, and compliance with operational policies. Implementation of quality assurance practices, monitoring guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and service metrics help maintain PAH Management's reputation for excellence.

Working as a Front Desk Supervisor demands a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events to align with hotel operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of hotel front desk or guest services experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with hotel property management systems, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and prior work within Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt-branded hotels.

Physically, this role requires candidates to be active on their feet, moving throughout the hotel and occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for reviewing reports and strong communication skills are necessary, as work involves frequent interaction with guests and collaboration with various hotel departments.

PAH Management offers competitive compensation based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance options, employee incentive programs, hotel stay perks, accident and critical illness insurance, educational reimbursement, paid time off, and, where applicable, manager in training programs. This role presents an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking to advance their careers in a reputable and associate-focused hotel management company.
